Found! Alumni List! (Sort of)

Our friend of Rio, Tracie Reed, who for many years worked valiantly to compile lists of alumni for the Rio Alumni Association, heard our SOS call and finally connected us to the last know resource of former Rio students.

Good News: We have somewhere to start to resurrect an alumni database and reestablish the Rio Alumni Association.

Challenging News: It is a bag of contact information in various forms that needs to be entered into a database.

Call to Action: Wanted! Alumni Chair and Committee to process and enter information. We have a great list of upcoming Rio Events and this would be a great opportunity to reach out to our alumni to reestablish Rio school pride and connection.

Opportunity: Could be a Civitas senior project to reestablish the Rio Alumni Association. We also have offers to pay student clubs for research and data entry.

If you would like to be a part of this valuable a necessary project please reply with Alumni in subject.

Thank you to Lily Rosenblum for establishing the WE CHOOSE RIO student club! As the student extension of OneRio devoted to building Rio school pride and spirit it promises to be a great way for students to show their Raider pride and have fun doing it! Club Rush Week is 9/26-30. Please encourage your students to stop by the WE CHOOSE RIO CLUB (WCRC) table and sign up to be a part of#GreatThingsAreHappeningAtRio!
